Tasting Notes

Nose

Bright yuzu citrus and juniper pine lead, followed by delicate hinoki cypress, green tea, and a lingering whisper of sanshō pepper.

Palate

Beautifully balanced. Juniper provides the structural backbone, but Japanese botanicals steal the show.

Finish

Clean and warming, with ginger spice building gently, hinoki cypress adding an earthy undertone, and a final whisper of shiso.
