Nose

Palate
Off-dry but never cloying — the residual sugar is precisely balanced by Vouvray's trademark acidity. Honey, marzipan, and melon weave through a palate that feels simultaneously rich and tensile. The texture is silky with a chalky mineral grip.
Finish
Long and slowly unwinding, with persistent apple, honey, and a minerally echo that suggests the tuffeau limestone beneath the vines.
