Nose
Cooked agave and dark chocolate anchor the nose, with butterscotch and vanilla layered over dried oak. A gentle coffee note lingers at the edges alongside a thread of cinnamon.
Palate
Silky entry with caramel and honey, transitioning to leather, tobacco, and toasted oak at the mid-palate. The agave core persists — cooked and sweet — refusing to be buried under barrel influence.
Finish
Extended and warm, with oak, vanilla, and a pleasant peppery fade that reminds you this started as tequila, not bourbon.
