Terralta Extra Añejo
Terralta · Tequilera de Arandas (NOM 1139)
Terralta's Extra Añejo represents the rare aged tequila that never forgets its source material. Five years in barrel could overwhelm lesser spirits, but the highland agave backbone and additive-free commitment keep it honest. Felipe Camarena's fingerprint is unmistakable: precise without being sterile, complex without being fussy.
Nose
Cooked agave and dark chocolate anchor the nose, with butterscotch and vanilla layered over dried oak. A gentle coffee note lingers at the edges alongside a thread of cinnamon.
Palate
Silky entry with caramel and honey, transitioning to leather, tobacco, and toasted oak at the mid-palate. The agave core persists — cooked and sweet — refusing to be buried under barrel influence.
Finish
Extended and warm, with oak, vanilla, and a pleasant peppery fade that reminds you this started as tequila, not bourbon.

Jura 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Jura
Jura 10 is an island malt that sidesteps the peat-bomb stereotype entirely. Its restraint is its strength — a whisky shaped by geography rather than process, tasting of the rain and wind that batter its remote island home. Ideal as a gateway to island Scotch.

Noah's Mill Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey
Noah's Mill
Noah's Mill is barrel-proof bourbon without apology. Its intensity rewards patience — a splash of water opens the caramel and softens the leather into something rich and contemplative. A serious sipper for those who want their bourbon to push back.

Crossbill Highland Dry Gin
Crossbill
Crossbill is a gin that refuses to compromise on juniper. Using only Scottish juniper berries and rosehip, it delivers one of the most juniper-forward profiles available — a gin built for G&T purists and Martini devotees who want the pine to sing. It tastes like the Scottish Highlands in a glass.

Rhum Clément Select Barrel Rhum Agricole
Clément
Clément Select Barrel is an excellent entry point into aged agricole rhum. The barrel aging tames the raw grassy intensity without erasing it, creating a spirit that bridges the gap between agricole purists and aged rum lovers. At its price, it's one of the best values in the category.

Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco Tequila
Volcán De Mi Tierra
Volcán Blanco is tequila that wears its terroir. Made from agave grown in the rich volcanic soils near the Volcán de Tequila, it balances sweetness and minerality with precision. This is a blanco that works beautifully in cocktails but has enough complexity to sip on its own.

Siembra Azul Reposado
Siembra Azul
A quietly excellent reposado that proves restraint and traditional methods still deliver the most honest expression of Jalisco agave — an ideal sipping tequila that never overreaches.

G4 Extra Añejo 5 Year Tequila
G4
Felipe Camarena's dedication to traditional production — tahona-crushed agave, open-air fermentation, copper pot distillation — creates an extra añejo that never forgets it's tequila. Five years in barrel could easily overwhelm lesser distillates, but the agave here is strong enough to hold its ground. A masterclass in the friction between spirit and wood.

Tequila Ocho Reposado 2023 Single Estate
Tequila Ocho
Ocho's single-estate approach delivers terroir-driven tequila with unusual transparency. The 2023 vintage reposado walks the line between blanco freshness and oak influence beautifully — just enough barrel time to add dimension, never enough to mask the land. This is tequila for people who want to taste the field.
