Tullibardine 228 Burgundy Cask Finish

Tullibardine · Tullibardine Distillery

86 proofNASHighland, Scotland
Tullibardine sits on one of Scotland's oldest known brewing sites, and this expression shows the distillery's soft, malty house character at its most inviting. The Burgundy finish adds complexity without costume. A Highland malt that rewards curiosity.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Fresh-cut meadow grass and ripe peach open the nose, followed by honey and a subtle floral quality. A gentle nuttiness and malt sweetness anchor the whole.

Palate

Creamy and medium-weight. Buttery cereals meet stone fruit, with vanilla and a delicate clove spice emerging mid-palate. The Burgundy cask influence brings a winey depth without overwhelming the spirit.

Finish

Medium, clean, with lingering peach and a dry, woody close.
