Nose
Ripe peach and honey lead, followed by dried fruit — fig and raisin — and a dusting of cocoa. Underneath sits a gentle earthiness and a whiff of vanilla-soaked oak.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied. Butterscotch and malt dominate early, giving way to hazelnut and a faint floral rosewater quality at the center. A clove spice warmth builds gradually without sharpness.
Finish
Long and woody, with lingering honey and almond. The oak asserts itself gently, leaving a clean, slightly tannic close.
