Palate

Ardbeg 10 is the taste of resilience itself. A distillery left for dead, revived by believers who refused to soften its character for commercial appeal.

Finish

Penicillin: Combine 2 oz blended Scotch, 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.75 oz honey-ginger syrup. Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Float 0.25 oz Ardbeg 10 on top.
