Nose
Bright tropical fruit — banana, overripe pineapple, and a whiff of acetone-lifted Jamaican funk — tempered by gentle coconut and cane syrup.
Palate
Full-bodied for an unaged rum. Barbados column spine brings cane and soft caramel; Jamaican pot still lifts it with banana, pineapple, and a distinct high-ester perfume.
Finish
Medium-long with lingering tropical fruit, a mineral note of white pepper, and a final whiff of pot-still funk.
