Nose
Sour cherry, dried rose petal, tobacco leaf, iron filings, and a whiff of Mediterranean herbs — sage and wild fennel — over a stony, almost cool-air minerality.
Palate
Wiry and taut, with red cherry and pomegranate driven by piercing acidity; sanguine and savory mid-palate flavors of leather, cured meat, and dried orange peel unfold against fine-grained, chalky tannins.
Finish
Long, saline, and echoing — cherry pit, dried herbs, and a mineral hum that lingers with real tension.
