Immediate green cut grass and honeydew melon give way to a cereal-rich maltiness. Underneath lies a gentle floral rosewater note and a distinct earthy minerality that recalls wet limestone after rain.
Palate
Creamy and textured, with honey and vanilla custard leading into orchard fruit — peach and baked apple. The mid-palate introduces a woody spice with clove accents and an almost saline earthiness that adds real depth.
Finish
Long and evolving, with lingering green grass, earthy minerality, and a honeyed malt sweetness that slowly fades.

Food Pairing
