Tasting Notes

Nose

Juniper leaps from the glass — piney, resinous, and unapologetically classic. Bright grapefruit and orange citrus follow immediately, with a warm cardamom undertone and the earthy anchor of angelica root.

Palate

Beautifully balanced between juniper's pine-forward character and the interplay of citrus and spice. The grapefruit brings a bitter brightness, cardamom delivers exotic warmth.

Finish

Long and clean, with juniper slowly fading through layers of earthy angelica, warm spice, and a final burst of citrus peel.
