Filliers brings five generations of Belgian distilling expertise to a gin that is both traditional and distinctive. The pine blossom addition sets it apart without turning it into a novelty — the backbone is pure London Dry rigor. Excellent in a Martini.
Nose
A distinctive pine blossom note leads, followed by classic juniper and a bright citrus of lemon and grapefruit. Coriander and a whisper of angelica root provide depth.
Palate
Clean and structured, with juniper asserting itself through a piney, resinous character. Citrus peel and a gentle floral quality emerge mid-palate, with coriander seed and a peppery warmth building toward the finish.
Finish
Dry and persistent, with lingering juniper pine and a delicate lavender note that fades slowly.
