There is a moment in every sip when the familiar gives way. A caramel note bends toward leather. A citrus peel darkens into resin. These thresholds — where one sensation becomes another — are where the real conversation between maker and drinker happens. They are the reason we return to a glass again and again, finding something new each time.

Rum Chalong Bay Double Barrel Aged Rum
Founded in 2012 by a French-Thai team on Thailand's southwestern coast, Chalong Bay ferments and distills fresh-pressed local sugarcane in a hand-hammered Armagnac-style Charentais still, aging the spirit in tropical warehouses where a single year equates to several in Europe.

Red Wine Domaine de la Côte Pinot Noir La Côte 2021
Rajat Parr and Sashi Moorman planted their Sta. Rita Hills estate on a cold, windswept limestone ridge, applying Burgundian farming and winemaking to produce Pinot Noirs of uncommon restraint and mineral depth.

White Wine Domaine Huet Vouvray Le Mont Sec 2023
Farmed biodynamically since 1990 under Noël Pinguet and now led by winemaker Jean-Bernard Berthomé, Domaine Huet's Le Mont parcel sits on steep, south-facing slopes of tuffeau limestone above the Loire in Vouvray.
